Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Infi Estates ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infi Estates.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

Description of Service

Infi Estates is a luxury real estate platform that connects discerning property owners with pre-certified brokers across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, and Dubai. Our services include:

• Property listing and search functionality
• Broker verification and certification
• Secure messaging between parties
• Property valuation and market insights
• Educational content and market analysis

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Account Types

Users may register as:

• Property Seekers: Individuals looking to purchase or rent properties
• Property Owners: Individuals listing properties for sale or rent
• Brokers: Licensed real estate professionals (subject to verification)

Platform Usage and Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated means to access the Platform without permission

Property Listings

If you list a property on our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to list and sell/rent the property
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You will maintain the accuracy of listing information
• You will respond promptly to inquiries from verified brokers

Broker Verification

Brokers must undergo a verification process that includes:

• License verification and background checks
• Professional reference checks
• Compliance with local real estate regulations
• Agreement to our code of conduct

Fees and Payment Terms

Platform Fees

Infi Estates may charge fees for certain services. Current fee structures are available on our pricing page. All fees are subject to change with advance notice to users.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services may be available under certain circumstances. Please contact our support team for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infi Estates and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties against infringement of intellectual property rights
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infi Estates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infi Estates and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Dubai (UAE) Users

For users accessing the Platform from Dubai or the UAE, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

India Users

For users accessing the Platform from India, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally. Most concerns can be resolved through our customer support channels.

Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts as per applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us for account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Platform, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Platform.
